Essential Oil Wisdom

Essential oils are nature’s most vibrant and aromatic extracts, capable of creating an array of delicious scents. When using our products, you are taking responsibility for yourself by being informed about the ingredients and their potential effects on you and those around you. If you have concerns before indulging in any products containing essential oil elements, it is strongly recommended to carry out a simple spot patch test on your skin – just to be safe! If you find yourself pregnant or nursing, then please confer with your doctor prior to using these plant essences or choose our Raine body butter for an essential oil free experience.

Where do our essential oils come from?

Our Opal gemstones are sourced from India.

What methods of payment are accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept money orders, personal or third-party checks or visa gift cards.

Ordering in Hot or Cold Months

We do not use stabilizers or preservatives in any of our products. Everything is completely natural which makes it vulnerable to the weather.  When ordering during hot or cold months, make sure to keep a close eye on your package with the tracking number provided. Don’t forget to pick it up as soon as possible so that you can protect it from any harsh weather conditions!

 

If the Butter melts during transit, just pop it in the refrigerator and wait until it is solid again. While consistency may change (e.g., no more whipped butter), its natural benefits remain intact. Also, when a ‘whipped’ Butter experiences melting, the contents of the jar will be less than full when it solidifies. Still rest assured knowing you’ve received all of what was due for your order!

 

If melting is a concern, ice packs are available to help protect your products from excess heat exposure. Please choose to add an icepack before checking out. A small fee will apply.

 

In case freezing takes place, kindly let your body butter thaw naturally at room temperature before use.

Shipping Information

We appreciate your patience as we prepare all our products in small handmade batches.  Due to this process, all orders are shipped within five to ten days of ordering.  This may be affected by national holidays, vacations, etc.  Some of our items are in high demand and often sell out before our inventory system catches up.  We will notify you by email if your order has been impacted and offer you an alternative item or a refund.

 

Once the order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.  You are responsible for tracking your shipment. Just Opal is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. Make sure you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT

If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the shipper.   As a result, we are not able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have concerns, please contact us.

How much is Shipping

We offer a flat rate charge of $8.50 on items being shipped in the continental USA.  Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping.  Currently, we do not ship internationally.

International Orders

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept international orders.

Cancellation

We apologize but orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.  We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

Refund Policy

We value your experience with us and we want you to be happy! If your body butter arrives in a damaged condition due to shipping issues, please contact us for a replacement. Photographic proof of damage is required for replacement within 7 days of delivery.  We apologize but due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer any refunds, exchanges or cancellations after shipping.

Products on our site are not intended to cure or treat any diseases. Please contact a medical professional to seek health advice, get a treatment plan or cure. Consult with a healthcare provider before using any therapeutic grade essential oils especially if you are pregnant or have any underlying health conditions.
